Job Description

  •  Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Oversee and help manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely reviews and constructive feedback for employees.
  • Coordinate and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies, initiatives, and organizational policies aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR databases/HRIS.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation-related activities.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Handle all office administrative, general administrative & back office tasks including coordination for office facility maintenance with vendors, building admin, owner, review employee expenses, help with employee travel, plan & execute employee events, insurance renewal, laptop inventory maintenance etc.

Skill Sets

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager in small to medium software / IT organization with total 10+ years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and statuary compliances.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with HR software and tools for managing HR processes and data.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Leadership skills with a track record of building and managing effective teams.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s degree preferred)
