Sadanand is a seasoned software executive with cross-functional experience at multiple premier VC-backed SaaS startups. He enjoys building companies from the ground up, ConstructivIQ is his third startup. His technical expertise is in analytics, AI/ML, and SaaS/Cloud architecture.
In his spare time, Sadanand works hard to lower his golf handicap and increase his driving distance. He loves to cook, taste wine, and watch sports.
Abhijit Oak
Co-Founder, CTO
Abhijit is a veteran of construction technology, having spent years in technical and business leadership roles at Autodesk and Katerra. He is a civil engineer by training and has been on a lifelong mission to drive adoption of new technology in construction.
Outside of work, Abhijit loves to travel all over the world, especially places off the beaten path. He enjoys cooking and spending time with family.

Vinayak is a proven leader with a 25+ year track record of building enterprise-grade software products used by Fortune 500 companies. He has a strong background in data integration, analytics, and SaaS, and has built applications for a wide variety of industries including supply chain, logistics, insurance, hospitality, and banking.
In his spare time, Vinayak loves hiking, playing with his dogs, and driving in the countryside.
