Job Description
- End-to-End Product Design: Own the design process from initial research and user flows
to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff. - Advanced Prototyping: Develop prototypes to iterate rapidly and communicate design
intent to stakeholders. (storyboards, sketches, low-fidelity and high-fidelity) - Translatable & Scalable Solutions: Being able to make design decisions keeping in mind
feasibility constraints and being able to maintain clean final design files.
Design System: Adhere to and add to the design system and standards, including
components, variants, and design tokens to scale consistently. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision and
illustrate thinking through process maps. - Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with PMs in translating requirements and with
engineers to ensure feasibility and smooth translation of the design into code. - Efficient Design Process: Ensure smooth running of the design process, making
suggestions to improve workflows. Mentoring Junior Designers.
Skill Sets
- 5+ proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- A strong portfolio of design projects. Prior project with a B2B web app interface or
enterprise software is a huge plus. - Excellent proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, components, and variables.
- Strong Visual Design skills with expert knowledge of principles of Typography, Colours,
Layout and Hierarchy. - Strong understanding of UX Design principles.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JS capabilities, experience making design decisions with
technical feasibility and responsive design in mind. - Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.
- Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in Construction Technology industry is a huge plus
