Job Description
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Translate ideas into storyboard to create visual designs using prototyping tools.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy and vision
- Keeping up with new trends in design and tech
- Competencies in interaction design, systems thinking, and product design
Skill Sets
- 5+ experience as a UI/UX Designer building enterprise software products.
- Degree from top design school in India e.g. NID, MIT-ID
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Built a portfolio of design projects
- Excellent knowledge of wireframe tools
- Turn designs into basic front-end code (HTML/CSS) for implementation by an development team
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Should have experience with Figma, Photoshop, Axure, Balsamiq, InVision, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw, and many other software and tools to give a complete solution.
- Experience in drawing mock ups, Visio flows and data flow and sequence diagrams
- Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Experience design across multiple device types and contexts.

- Experience in Construction Technology industry is a huge plus”
